I have been using the Linksys 3102 VoIP gateway with 3cx and it was wonderful. Lately, Obi100 and Obi110 seem to be a hit with VoIP users. This device is simple to setup, designed to work with GoogleTalk, SIP and Obi110 even has a PSTN FXO line.
